Services

Spark Address LLC provides permanent LED lighting installation services in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. All services are subject to a signed service agreement.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing is determined after a site visit and may vary from initial estimates based on property conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice for new quotes.

Warranty

All installations include a 1-year limited workmanship warranty. This warranty covers defects in installation labor and does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, acts of nature, or third-party modifications. LED component warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and checks. Financing options are available — ask your project manager for details.
