Deposits
Deposits are required to schedule installation and are non-refundable once the installation date is within 48 hours. If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
Completed Installations
We do not offer refunds for completed installations. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days of installation and we will work with you to resolve the issue under our warranty policy.
Warranty Claims
Workmanship issues covered under our 1-year warranty will be repaired at no cost to you. This is not a refund but a repair or replacement of the affected installation.
